We understand the specific support requirements needed to manage a trading system. Patsystems’ support is available from our Client Services team from 21:00 Sunday through 23:00 Friday, catering for all trading activity globally. Weekend support is covered through pre-arranged request.

Additionally, Patsystems’ Automated Monitoring System (AMS) offers a proactive monitoring service for all Patsystems components. The AMS is an intuitive tool that remotely monitors the Patsystems platform and can be used by customers and by Patsystems' Client Services.
